With a diverse range of 84 units - including specialized accessible housing. We don't just offer a place to stay; we provide a clean, safe, and welcoming community to call home.

Townhouse & Apartment Selection
We offer various types of units to suit your needs. We have one, two bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses available. Each unit is designed to provide you with a comfortable and spacious living environment. We also have units that are wheelchair accessible and laundry facilities on site.

Location Perks
Orchard park has the advantage of being close to so many amenities. All of your shopping needs are a short walk and even shorter drive away with two grocery stores, multiple clothing, gift shops, great restaurants and much more. We are close to many playgrounds and beautiful parks. The best part is we are a 5 minute walk from Canada's favorite coffee shop, Tim Hortons. Taking a walk to Timmies, then a lovely stroll through Sadler's Pond makes for a wonderful morning.
